CANBERRA CRAFT BEER & CIDER FESTIVAL

The Canberra Craft Beer and Cider has been held successfully at the Schwartz Family Company owned Mercure Canberra yearly, since 2008. For its first year, the event was held over one day in September 2008. Canberra turned on the best weather, and the event was oversubscribed. The festival has grown steadily since its first year and continues to expand.

SFC is committed to heritage, whilst paving the way for innovation in the Brewing industry. This is achieved by inviting the best Breweries to exhibit their wares in accommodating and picturesque surroundings.

Through ownership of ideal venues such as Mercure Canberra, Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley and The Fairmont Resort in Leura, Schwartz Family Company are able to continue their support of the craft beer industry, whilst endeavouring to improve and expand their own portfolio.

CCBCF provides a great platform for beer enthusiasts and the whole family can enjoy the day, as there is indeed something for everyone.

HUNTER VALLEY WINE FESTIVAL

We will be back on Saturday 13th July 2024. Rydges Resort, Hunter Valley.

The annual Hunter Valley Wine Festival will take place within the grounds of the picturesque Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. A Schwartz Family Company initiative, this community event will be one to remember. With an extensive array of wine, food, beer and cider on offer, festival goers will be spoilt for choice as is always the case with a true Hunter Valley Experience.

The Schwartz Family Company is dedicated to supporting local communities and industry and is proud to be able to create such an event aimed at bringing together the best that the Hunter Valley has to offer.

With family friendly activities, light entertainment throughout the day and so many taste sensations to choose from everyone is well catered for and more than welcome…we hope to see you there!
