2023 FESTIVAL: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (2024 details to come)

What time is the festival?

11am-6pm

 

What tickets are available?

EARLY BIRD General Admission: $20 per entry + processing fee (until 5pm Tuesday 14th Feb)

1ST RELEASE General Admission: $33 per entry + processing fee (until 11.30pm Friday 17th March)

FINAL RELEASE/ON THE DAY General Admission: $45 per entry + processing fee

All tickets must be purchase via online.

General Admission Tickets includes entry into the festival, 5 drink tokens, access to 40+ of the best local & interstate craft breweries and distilleries, gourmet food vendors, live music from DJ, local Triple J act and party band, and other festival activities. Any food or beverages are to be purchased within the festival

Children under 18 years old are free of charge.

 

How do I purchase drink tickets?

This year all paid general admission tickets includes 5 drink tickets, these will be given on entry

Drink tickets are available for purchase throughout the festival
$2 per drink ticket
Drink Tickets can be purchased via cash or EFTPOS at INFO tent and roaming drink ticket staff on the day of event.

 

How do I use my drink tickets for beer, cider or spirits on the day?

Drinks are available at each stall holder by presenting your pre-purchased drink tickets:

Beers/Ciders/Seltzer
100ml taster below 6.5% ABV: 1 drink ticket
100ml taster 6.5% ABV and above: 2 drink tickets
Cans or 425ml cup below 6.5% ABV: 4 drink tickets
Cans or 425ml cup 6.5% ABV and above: 6 drink tickets

Spirit & liqueur
5-7ml tasters: 1 drink ticket
425ml cup with spirit and soft drink: 4 drink tickets

Drinks will be served in 200ml or 425ml disposable cups OR can depending on chosen drink size.

*Some exhibitors may charge additional tasting tickets for lower/higher ABV drinks

 

Can I buy more drink tickets?

Yes, drink tickets will be available at Info Tent and roaming drink ticket staff on the day of event for $2 each.

Can I buy product from exhibitors on the day?

Absolutely, all exhibitor will be selling their beer/cider/spirits. they will provide a sealable bag for your awesome purchases.

Please note these beverages cannot be consumed during the event

 

Any Entertainment?

This year the festival will feature a local DJ, local Triple J act and a live party band to keep you dancing – more details to be announced soon

 

Children at Festival?

Mums and Dads, you’re welcome to bring your children to the Festival with you – however they must be closely supervised at all times.

We will have face painting & balloon artist for the kids

Children under the age of 18 are free of charge with paying adult.

 

I don’t drink beer! What else can I drink?

We have plenty of options for non-beer drinkers, including a huge range of ciders, gins, seltzers, vodkas to try plus non alcoholic drinks are also available at food stands.

 

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Unfortunately no outside food or drink is allowed inside the event. Free water will be available at each exhibitors stand.

Gourmet Food stalls trading throughout the day.

 

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking will be permitted in designated outdoor areas only (see festival map on the day for location).

 

Can we go to the hotel bar after the festival?

Sure can, we look forward to seeing you there

 

Transportation to event…

We highly recommend you use local transport or check out PKUP as there is limited parking spaces around the street
